When making plans to open the real estate brokerage which became Noble Realty Partners, much thought was put into the new brokerage's name and logo.  

What do we want to communicate to our clients and consumers?

How do we stand out and apart from other real estate firms?

Branding is everything these days, so what would our brand be? Would it be courteous or assertive? Contemporary or traditional? Friendly or professional? Down-to-earth or aspirational? Yes. To all of it.

We wanted our brokerage name and logo to convey our competence and experience, and our commitment to ethical practice, as well as the spirit of partnership our office would offer its agents and clients alike. 

Why the pineapple logo, you may ask? The pineapple is a traditional symbol of wealth, but in more modern times it has come to be viewed as a symbol of welcome and hospitality. The pineapple is a fitting symbol for Noble Realty Partners as well, reflecting our appreciation of the value of your home - often one's most valuable asset - and its function as your "nest," where you might raise a family, socialize with friends, or just put your feet up and relax! Noble's pineapple logo fits with our industry and business model, which are focused on offering a high level of individualized service to our clients, to other professionals involved in our transactions, and to one another in our office.

It's important to us that we deal with clients and consumers in a professional, honest, and straightforward manner. We tailor each transaction to meet the client's needs. Our experience in the real estate industry provides us the tools to work effectively with various market challenges, specific client requests, and unexpected situations as they arise (and they always do!). Each transaction is unique, and each client is unique.

Our strengths lie in our knowledge, communication, and perseverance. 'Aboveboard' may sound cliche, but this is our way. There are parameters we must follow, and those we choose to follow because it is the right thing to do.
