Hello {{ subscriber.First_Name }},

Well, we've had a rather excellent week at BoS - lots to celebrate. We're sharing our first 2017 #BoSTalk; we've been named in Inc as a Workplace Culture conference worth your time and money; we've only got a few tickets left for our event with Eric Ries in London next week. Read on for more.

First 2017 Talk

Yes. We're sharing the our first BoS 2017 talk. Kicking off is all round lovely person and self-proclaimed reluctant CEO - Giacomo "Peldi" Guilizzoni, Founder & CEO of Balsamiq.

A typically honest discussion about growth, changing expectations, slamming on the brakes and changing things around so you can get things done as the company threatens to outrun you.

Peldi has spoken at BoS several times before. Last time he spoke, he discussed some of the trials of running a company and the big decisions he made when he had a serious offer to buy the company. Now he returns to talk about how to deal with a growing a scaling company - do you need managers, how do you as a CEO do 100 quarterly reviews, and still have time to set a strategy for the company? Peldi shares the latest step in the Balsamiq journey.

We don't like to brag, but this is pretty cool

It's nice to know that other people agree with us when we say that BoS is a conference worth attending. Inc wrote a little article about some conferences that are worth attending, and would you look at who got on there?
