The provisional agenda for Business of Software Conference Europe is up - as always, we have selected a group of speakers who we know can tell a great story but more importantly, offer you something that you can take back and put to work in your own company. Let us know what you think.
Have we missed anything?
Two new speakers for BoS Europe this week: Collectively, our speakers, from Deliveroo, Twitter, and Intern Avenue are just a few of the experts who will be gracing our stage this June. Real people sharing real lessons, which you can use in real life.
If you've not booked your ticket yet (or even if you have!), there's still time to apply for a BoS Europe Lightning Talk - but not much! 7 minutes to talk about a topic of your choosing - submit your proposal before May 9, and we'll be picking the best to go ahead in June.
Our scholarships remain open for applications until May 17 - our 4 scholarship places are kindly provided by Balsamiq Mockups and Pragmatic Marketing, and are for those in the early stages of their career or company and who would not otherwise be able to attend. If you're further along the career path but know anyone who might benefit from one of these places, do let them know...
As a reminder of some of the useful skills BoS Europe can help you develop, we've just published a talk from a previous BoS Event, "Proven, Honest, Ways to Make Software Sales - Even if you are a Single Developer", from Steli Efti of Close.io. We all have to sell in some way, whether it's selling ourselves to new employers, selling our business and technology to funders, or selling software to our customers. Get better at it by taking some of Steli's tips, designed for even the most reluctant "salesperson".
