BoS Europe - Integrating AI into Product Strategy
Please welcome Carl Ryden who will speak at BoS Conference Europe this year, London, May 21-22. Carl is a long time BoS Attendee, and the CEO/Founder of PrecisionLender - a company with a relentless focus on helping people to do their best.
When PrecisionLender incorporated AI into their product, they thought less about clever AI and more on on UX, customer jobs-to- be-done and making their human customers smarter. Carl will explain why customer focused product management has been the key to the successful growth of their solution.

Tell Me How To Book My Stay
There's not long to go now - just over 2 months until we kick off our 5th Europe Conference at The Barbican - May 21-22nd.
If you want a room at the Conference Hotel (The Montcalm at The Brewery) at our reduced BoS rate, you need to book your stay before 1st April. (Subject to availability). Miss the boat and you will probably have to pay more for a far inferior hotel.
Submit a Lightning Talk for BoS Conference Europe
Lightning Talks have been a mainstay at Business of Software Conferences for many years. Always a highlight of the event, they pit speakers against constraints that force them to deliver their points quickly, clearly, and, more often than not, with a good deal of humour.
Previous Lightning Speakers include Alexis Ohanian (Co-Founder, Reddit), Patrick McKenzie (@patio11, Atlas/Stripe), Des Traynor (Co-Founder, Intercom), and many more. Fancy yourself among the pantheon of the greats? Don't fear - we're more interested in the content you submit than how impressive your job is but you do need to show you can deliver the goods.
Before applying, we recommend you watch a couple of videos - click the links above for a few. You can submit your application below.

New Video: Josh Seiden - Sense & Respond
In 2016, a frustrated Tesla owner tweeted at Elon Musk that people were parking their cars at a charge station for hours at a time. 6 days later, Tesla released an update to the software in their cars with a new feature - once an owner's car was fully charged, they received a smartphone alert telling them that if they didn't move their car, they would be charged a per-minute parking fee.
Josh Seiden spoke at BoS Conference USA 2017 about this new method of working for software companies - Sense & Respond. The nature of software now is that it's in continuous production. And that enables us to work in a new way - to build things, sense how people use them, and respond appropriately. His dog Joey joins him on stage too. You should watch it.
